Where one side i find college students(girls) in a metro city more independent,
smart, career oriented. Possess sparks in them to zeal in their ambition, doing
every possibilities to keep pace with the challenging and competitive world, the
other side i find the girls of the same metro city with ignorance and negligence of
interest in their career and personality.
Leading dull and almost blank life, lack of interest to learn, even
unwilling to avail the given opportunities. poor communication skill, absent of
general knowledge. poor or absent of Internet usage. There life revolves around
TV serials, movies, musics and actors personal life. Much shock to know that still
in few Women Art and Science college,hardly any students(girls) is aware and surf
the net and social networking sites is just a surprise and new for them.
All this makes me to be in doubt are these students are of today's generation?
Who to be blamed for it, educational institute or Students?
Being a trainer, personally i feel It's not worth to blame the educational institute
every time moreover it's the students who to be blamed for their own poor development.
Women though being given an opportunities are still ignoring the importance
and value of it, There is a complete lack of self interest in them.
VERY WELL BEEN SAID "WHERE THERE IS A WILL THERE IS A WAY."
