Manners for Successful internship



Internship is the basic and considers, being an opportunity to learn more about the corporate world and its work. Internship is the key to open the door of success in the path of the professional growth. Thus, the more good performance, the better job opportunities.  To make the internship successful follow the below given  basic rules.


  • Before joining the office, should know about the organization dressing policy.
  • Wear neat, clean and ironed dress as required in the office.
  • Avoid applying strong scent oil in hair.
  • Avoid strong perfume.
  • Women should limit their jewellery and make up.
  • Avoid noise making shoe or slipper
  • Be Punctual or arrive five minutes early before the office hour.
  • Keep the cell phones ring tone at low.
  • Show interest in learning the work.
  • Ask queries, wherever any doubt arise.
  • Prefer less talk during the work time.
  • Be active through out the office hour.
  • Always look positive and confident.
  • Speak politely and carefully to everyone in the work place.
  • Show respect to the seniors and team members.

  • Must try to complete the assigned task at the required time.
  • Give best work performance and try to stand up to the mark of required expectation.

  • A small gift or a lunch on your last day can help in building a long-term relationship.
  • Do not forget to send a thank-you card within one week of the end of your internship to thank the company for the opportunity to learn as an intern.
